Terms and Conditions:

All fees include refreshments, lunches and course documentation.

To qualify for the 10% reduction for Affiliates and Associates of AIAI, registrations must be received at least 6 weeks before the start of the course.

Standby places are available for academics. The standby academic fee is 40% of the standard course fee. Standby places may be booked at any time but registration can only be confirmed one week before the start of the course and will depend on the number of places already filled.

No refunds can be given for cancellations or non-attendance, if notice is received less than 2 weeks before the start of the course. In the case of transfers between courses which take place within the 2 weeks notice period, an administration fee of 25% is charged. Substitutes may attend in place of the person originally booked without further charge.
