- Doer: Let's assume that the input to this is an unordered list of CoGs that are applicable to the situation. Now we're picking the ones that are important to our plan. Doug (7Dec) suspects that the same process goes on for Blue CoGs as well. The same goes for vulnerabilities as well as CoGs
At this stage we also say, "What cOGs can we affect with air assets?" There's a need to distinguish "What can I affect" from "What do I need to affect?" - do you need other forces (eg Israeli gunboats took out radar in 6 day war)
