- Doer: CJTF in theory. In practice, CJTF nd staff may be in the same room; but CJTF will always add tomguidance. There my be dcumentation, but the most elborate guidance will always be vebal. Guidance goes to the JFACC nd his staff.
- Owner: CJTF( snd or subordinates - JFACC, Chief of plan - these people will be asking fr it [throug appropriate channels] if they don't get an adequate version of it).
- Resource: There are formal documents - commanders assessment etc. These will tend to be reference documents
- Interval: Simutaneous wit formation of JTF; in early phases of operation, aditional guidance is likely, on a dialy basis.
Then endorsement is by default - if you don't hear anything, you're doing OK. But reviewed every day, t least. Some cahnges are predictable due toallies joining or leving, or enemy suing for peace.
