1. To produce the specification of a representation for plans, processes and activities for use by technology-base and applications projects in DARPA, Air Force Research Laboratory (Rome) and beyond.
2. To seek input from the technical and user communities to influence the specification.
3. To communicate and promote the specification to its intended audience.

1. To make a presentation (in writing or at a suitable meeting) to the Core Group about requirements for plan representations as they are influenced by your area of interest.
2. To respond to Request For Comment documents and submit a set of issues reflecting your area of interest to further the development of SPAR. In particular to consider if the SPAR model precludes R&D your community of specialist interest is engaged in.
3. To review material as the representation evolves and track issues reflecting your area of interest.
4. To provide a written summary of issues that could go into the document that will be prepared as part of this effort.

2. Meeting - USC/ISI, Marina del Rey, CA - 20-Oct-97

   Austin Tate, Bill Swartout, Yolanda Gil and Andre Valenté discussed the domain specific grammars and how they can plug in to SPAR representations. It was agreed that they should be considered more generally as plug in ontology extensions, with just one presentation style being a language grammar.

3. Meeting - San Francisco - 3-Nov-97

   Austin Tate, Adam Pease and Craig Schlenoff (NIST PSL lead) discussed the details of SPAR entity attributes to prepare inputs to the SPAR Core Group on several outstanding design issues.
