• Merge existing plan ontology work into a good, solid core representation as a starting point (for ARPI Nov 97).

• Seek input, reviews and issues via 3 panels:

  • Specialism Experts Panel
  • Formalization Review Panel
  • User Requirements Panel

• Take lessons learned to refine and repeat.

• Communicate to potential user, technical and standards communities.

• Collect experience in the use of SPAR, use lessons learned to refine the representation and publish report.
