Condition	Receive a student request that a change on the application is needed, i.e. the student has provided information that is now needed to be changed: such changes may be one or some of the followings: Student name, telephone number, date of birth, course code, the intended enrolled course name, the attended high school name; the student has provided UCAS the application number and his/her applicant surname.
Action	Update the UCAS record (e.g. Web Site); AND Notify the student about this update; AND Advise the student to inform the applied University and College about this update.
