Condition	Receive a student request that he/she has not received a response from the previous enquiry
Action	Re-examine UCAS record and locate the indicated enquiry; If the previous enquiry can not be located, and the student did not repeat his/her request, notify the studen to resent the enquiry; otherwise, if the previous enquiry has been located, deal with the enquiry and this enquiry (using the methods described in the other processes, i.e. to invoke these processes by satisfying their preconditions.)
