Condition	Receive a simple error-correction request from the student - i.e. the correction is only needed at the UCAS site; AND A description of the error and the corresponding correct information are given; Such errors may be one or some of the following: Correction of student name, telephone number, address, date of birth, course code, the intended enrolled course name, error in the web site, the attended high school name.
Action	Correct UCAS' Record accordingly (e.g. The Web Site); AND Notify the student about this update; AND Offer an apology AND/OR an explanation.
