ARMADA download - Terms of Use ARMADA (herein the software) is a tool designed by James Malone (herein the author). The tool must be ran using MATLAB v5.2 or greater, although some limitations due to function obsolescence may occur with the newer versions of MATLAB. ARMADA is given away as a free download under the terms that: 1 Any use of this software are followed by a suitable acknowledgment to the author, within any published material. 2 It is used as part of research, academic, commercial, industrial or otherwise, and is not used or incorporated, either in whole or part, within a profit making software package. Any act to the contrary, without prior written consent, will be considered by the author as plagiarism. 3 The software may be copied for use within research, academic, commercial, industrial or otherwise, but can not be distributed as part of a commercial publication or other commercial venture without prior written consent of the author. 4 The author accepts no responsiblity for damages that may occur as a consequence of use of this software.
