     decision on whether to draw down special reserves within the year
                             (to be reported to University in October)

      Year end outcome predication and income/expenditure actions
      resource review


Meeting 4 June
      Q3 review
      Detailed budget
      resource plan and staffing measures (to be agreed with Division)
