All documents are stored by year.  For example the 1995 directory
contains all documents from 1995.

Naming Convention for Documents

year-conference or journal initials-short title or acronynm.type

type = .ps, .pdf, ps.gz, html, gif, au, etc

for example, 94-aaai-oplan-typed-conditions.ps
