Command and Control activities must be organized based on operational mission and co-ordinated with nations to obtain support and manning for the structure. The combined joint logistic C2 structure must also provide the NATO commander with visibility over logistic implications which impact on operations. The communications and information systems between, NATO, national and multinational logistic staff must provide reliable and compatible interfaces. Action must be taken to ensure reliable communications among participating non-NATO nations and other organizations such as UN, OSCE, WEU and NGOs as required.
