Create ArtEquAKT Knowledge Base Automatically And Dynamically

Description	Take in XML File generated by the NL System (e.g. using Gate, and the system generated by Sanghee Kim, etc.). This XML file is then parsed to create the appropriate instances and relations in the knowledge base (the ArtEquAKT KB). The information is then compared and analysed to identify and merge duplicates. Part of the relevant knowledge is then sent to and stored in the MySQL.
